Full workflow creation for the end-user
The nHanced Workflow app extends Dynamics 365 Business Central by introducing flexible, event-driven triggers that can be embedded directly within field validation. These triggers determine when a workflow should start and pass key context, so the system can route it to the right people.
From there, the workflow definition controls the full process, including approvals, routing, and actions; giving you complete control without complex development.
Once you start using it, the possibilities quickly expand. Especially when combined with nOra (our Automated User), which can take action within workflows to automate responses and tasks.
Built on, and beyond standard Workflows
nHanced Workflow builds on this foundation and significantly enhances it by adding:
- Flexible routing parameters to direct workflows based on data such as value, type, or responsibility centre
- Group decision handling, allowing approvals to be assigned to teams rather than individuals
- Split decision logic, enabling multiple approval paths to run in parallel or based on specific conditions
Respond directly from email
With nHanced Emailing functionality, users can approve or reject workflows directly from their inbox, removing the need to log into Business Central and helping keep processes moving without delay.

Doesn't Dynamics Business Central already have inbuilt Workflow?
Yes, it does indeed; approvals and notifications can now be set up in Dynamics 365 Business Central. However, our nHanced 365 product extends the out-the-box workflow even further by integrating our document management product, electronics forms capability and our existing extended approvals engine to gain the maximum benefit from the superb new functionality in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
