This training course is suitable for account managers, salespeople and marketing professionals who’d like to gain a better understanding of the CRM Module in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The session will cover various BC modules, including contacts, profiles, segments, campaigns, and more. Previously called Sales & CRM 101.
