Node4 Year in Review 2025

2025 was the year we proved what’s possible. It’s been a year of significant growth and achievement, from innovative client projects to milestones that strengthened our position in the industry and deepened our commitment to our clients, community and our people.

We’d like to thank every client and partner who’s been part of that journey, and we’re excited to keep building, growing, and innovating together in the year ahead.

It’s been a year packed with great stories, here are just a few of them. 

January: Leading with Sustainability

We kicked off the year with a major achievement: being recommended for ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certification after a five-day audit. With zero non-conformities and glowing feedback from auditors, who called our internal audits the ‘best they’d ever seen’, this milestone extends our certification until 2028. It’s a testament to our progressive approach to sustainability and energy management, and to the incredible team driving these efforts forward.

February: Innovation in Healthcare

In February, we were proud to partner with Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust to launch the Galerie Photo app – a secure way for clinical teams to capture and store patient photos with confidence. Designed around real frontline needs, the app streamlines everyday workflows and helps clinicians focus on what matters most: patient care. It’s a great example of how we use smart, compliant technology to solve real challenges in healthcare and make a genuine difference.

March: Driving Global Impact

March was all about progress, both locally and globally. While our Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) hit a record 95% and we connected with future talent at Derby University’s Apprentice Day, we also took a bold step in sustainability. Partnering with an offsetting organisation, we began funding projects that reduce carbon and empower communities, many led by majority-female teams. Our first initiative? A hydropower project in Brazil delivering clean energy and creating jobs. It’s a proud moment in our mission to make technology, and our impact, truly transformation.

April: Flagship Event & Copilot Accreditation

April was all about connection and innovation. Our biggest-ever User Day showcased Microsoft technologies like Dynamics 365, Copilot, and Power Platform, alongside live demos and interactive sessions. And the icing on the cake? We became Copilot Jumpstart Ready, officially accredited by Microsoft. This means we’ve demonstrated our own adoption, passed Microsoft’s audit, and can now offer clients funded programmes, Art of the Possible workshops, Proof of Concepts, and full adoption/change management support. In short, we’re ready to help businesses make AI work, properly.

May: Fortinet Specialisation Secured

May marked a major cybersecurity milestone as we earned Fortinet Specialisation. As a Fortinet Expert MSSP Partner with four advanced specialisations; Secure SD-WAN, SASE, firewalls, and LAN, we’re one of only two UK partners with this status and the only one dedicated to managed services. This recognition means we can deliver a fully managed, end-to-end approach to connectivity and security, from local office Wi-Fi and next-gen firewalls to SD-WAN and SASE solutions. It’s another step forward in our mission to provide secure, reliable technology for mid-market businesses.

June: Celebrating Partnerships

June was all about recognition and collaboration. We retained our Diamond Partner status with LS Retail, their highest level of recognition, thanks to the strong client relationships and dedication of our team. And we were named Virgin Media Business Growth Partner of the Year, a testament to the power of partnership and shared ambition. These achievements highlight the strength of our ecosystem and our commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for customers.

July: LinkedIn Learning Launch

We introduced LinkedIn Learning across the business, giving everyone access to thousands of courses to build new skills, explore their interests, and shape their own development journey. The response was inspiring, 98% of our team got involved, completing thousands of videos and showing just how passionate they are about learning and growing. With LinkedIn experts visiting our Derby HQ to share their insights, learning became more than a resource, it became a shared experience. We’re deeply committed to supporting our people’s learning, development, and continued success, creating clear opportunities to grow their careers with us. Because when our people thrive, our customers and our business thrive too. 

August: Inner Circle for AI Business Solutions Achievement

August gave us a real moment to be proud. We were welcomed into the 2025/2026 Inner Circle for Microsoft AI Business Solutions, placing us among the top 1% of Microsoft partners worldwide. It’s a huge recognition of the work our team does every day to help customers harness AI and drive meaningful change. It opens the door to even closer collaboration with Microsoft, earlier access to innovation, and bigger opportunities to deliver smarter, AI-powered solutions for our customers. A milestone moment and one we’re excited to build on.

September: Partnering with Nerdio

September marked a big step forward in our Microsoft journey as we partnered with Nerdio, a leader in Azure Virtual Desktop solutions. This collaboration strengthens our ability to deliver cutting-edge virtualisation and cloud services, helping clients stay agile and secure. It’s a partnership that reflects our commitment to innovation and our ambition to keep driving forward with Microsoft.

October: Transforming Travel with Caledonian Sleeper

October was all about innovation on the move. We partnered with Caledonian Sleeper to deliver a complete IT transformation, migrating systems to the cloud, modernising networks, and strengthening security. The result? A future-ready platform that supports operational excellence and enhances the passenger experience on one of the UK’s most iconic rail services.

November: Delivering Client Success

We partnered with Stratas to implement a secure, scalable cloud solution that supports compliance and growth. At the same time, we worked with Aprolis UK to deliver a hybrid cloud environment that boosts performance and efficiency. Two very different businesses, one shared goal: leveraging technology to drive success.

December: Giving Back

This year we raised an incredible £13,871 for the Trussell Trust and staff-chosen charities through our bi-monthly charity raffle, repurposed laptop scheme and many other charitable initiatives. Thank you to our incredible teams, partners, and clients for making this year unforgettable, here’s to more innovation, collaboration, and impact in the year ahead!
