Andrew is the founder and CEO of Node4, setting up the business in 2004 with a vision to deliver hosted IT services that could deliver positive customer outcomes. He started his career as a developer, working on big projects for PC World and Freeserve. Since then, he has held a number of positions within IT-related firms, including Dixons Stores Group (DSG). In addition to the positive growth story of Node4, Andy has been recognised by the wider industry, including various Entrepreneur of the Year awards.

Prior to joining Node4, Hannah spent 11 years at Accenture, where she led the company’s UK Technology Business for Insurance and was a member of the Technology Leadership Team for the UK & Ireland. As part of her role, she held several leadership positions and was responsible for creating and leading high-performing teams, executing business and technology transformations and driving technology innovation to support her clients’ positions in the market.

Paul is a founding director of Node4, joining the business when it started in 2004 and has been instrumental in its growth and ongoing success. Initially focusing on the sales and marketing strategy, Paul now oversees the daily running of the business, maintaining core values and a culture focused on delivering the best customer experience that results in continued growth.

Jon has over 25 years of experience working as a CFO/COO in the technology sector. He has worked in large global IT services organisations and in several private equity backed software and services businesses, helping them to grow profitably and achieve successful exits. Jon’s early career was spent at PwC, Kingfisher and Unilever. He holds an MA from Oxford University.

Chris significantly increased value in various roles, tripling funds under management to £60 billion as CEO of Evelyn Partners from 2017 to 2023 and leading a major merger. As RAC CEO, profits doubled over five years. Chris also held senior roles at Debenhams, Homebase, Halfords, and Gondola Group, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and an Associate of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.

She brings a wealth of experience encompassing Human Resources, Finance & Governance and Quality & Compliance from her work at risual, one of our strategic acquisitions in 2022.

Mark has over two decades of industry experience, honing his skills within the Microsoft services arena.
He has held various senior leadership roles relating to the delivery of growth strategies whilst also providing vital consultancy to aid businesses with technical strategy, aiding their future growth.
