Andrew is the founder and CEO of Node4, setting up the business in 2004 with a vision to deliver hosted IT services that could deliver positive customer outcomes. He started his career as a developer, working on big projects for PC World and Freeserve. Since then, he has held a number of positions within IT-related firms, including Dixons Stores Group (DSG). In addition to the positive growth story of Node4, Andy has been recognised by the wider industry, including various Entrepreneur of the Year awards.
Paul is a founding director of Node4, joining the business when it started in 2004 and has been instrumental in its growth and ongoing success. Initially focusing on the sales and marketing strategy, Paul now oversees the daily running of the business, maintaining core values and a culture focused on delivering the best customer experience that results in continued growth.
Sir Bill has more than 30 years’ experience in the IT services sector, having spent over two decades working for with EDS and Hewlett Packard, both in the US and in Europe. Prior to his appointment as Chairman at Node4, he has also held a number of high profile non-executive director roles at several companies, including the Co-Op Bank plc, Balfour Beatty plc, GFI Software, Xchanging plc, Spirent Communications and VFS.
Ian is a successful IT professional with over 20 years’ experience of delivering complex solutions and services for a diverse range of clients, across multiple industry sectors. Ian is particularly effective in leading large service organisations to deliver tangible outcomes. Ian has a broad range of experience of implementing and working with multiple service models whilst engaging, interacting and influencing stakeholders at all levels in a multi-layered delivery environment. Ian is passionate about implementing change and working with people to help deliver great client experience and service excellence.
Jon has over 25 years of experience working as a CFO/COO in the technology sector. He has worked in large global IT services organisations and in several private equity backed software and services businesses, helping them to grow profitably and achieve successful exits. Jon’s early career was spent at PwC, Kingfisher and Unilever. He holds an MA from Oxford University.
Ashley has over 30 years experience of working in the industry in both service and sales roles where he has secured and delivered complex, multi-million pound managed services contracts. Prior to joining Node4 he held a number of executive level and leadership positions with Ericsson, Cable and Wireless and Fujitsu. Whether its within Node4 or with our clients he has a real passion for working in entrepreneurial environments where significant value can be released through driving business change.
Gregg provides the overall technical vision and strategy of Node4. Bringing over 25 years’ industry experience, Gregg joined Node4 in 2014 after the acquisition of a cloud and managed services business he co-founded. With a strong technical background and passion for innovation, Gregg has helped bring to life many offerings in the Node4 portfolio.
Shane joined Node4 in 2006 having spent the previous 10 years covering both retail and commercial sales. Shane has spent 16 years at Node4 building a sector leading sales function to support the Node4 group sales and marketing strategy. Having a customer first approach and passion for technology has enabled Shane to consistently drive sales in all sectors from channel partner enablement right through to enterprise commercial sales.
Dave Joined Node4 in 2017 and now has over 20 years experience of leading and developing teams in both Public and Private sector organisation across Science, Engineering Education and Technology Sectors. With a successful background in Curriculum and Organisational Development, Dave is passionate about people and the value that a positive culture brings to an organisation.
