What Node4 is Doing to Support Learning At Work Week 2024

Take a look at what we’re doing to support our workforce during this year’s Learning at Work Week.

Learning and Development have always been crucial aspects of Node4’s culture. It’s essential that we provide opportunities for our colleagues to learn, grow and develop their careers.


A key part of our L&D strategy is to continue to build a learning culture across our organisation, and to share the benefits that continual learning can bring. What better way to spread the message than during Learning at Work Week.

National Learning at Work Week (or LAW Week) is an annual event designed to build and enhance organisations learning culture. At Node4 Academy, we see this as a fantastic way to provide additional learning opportunities for our colleagues across the organisation. Therefore, we’ve designed a range of activities and learning sessions for colleagues to develop and learn new skills.

For 2024’s LAW Week, running from May 13th– 19th, the theme is Learning Power, which “explores how lifelong and continual learning gives us power to change, grow and achieve our individual, team and organisational goals.”

This year, we’ve created a special series of sessions designed around three pillars:

  • Microsoft Taster Sessions – designed to provide our employees with details on new and inclusive features across the Microsoft suite, and sharing top tips
  • Professional Development – continuing our regular selection of courses designed to help enhance the skills and abilities of our employees, such as Maximising Personal Performance
  • Skill Share Sessions – we’ve asked our employees to share their special talents with each other, from cookery to learning another language!

We’re very excited to be running a great selection of sessions for our teams this year, and hope you all get involved and enjoy a fantastic Learning at Work Week for 2024!
