hostTALK

hostTALK, as the name suggests, is a hosted IP telephony solution. The main components are located in one of Node4's state of the art Data Centres and the customers' phones link into the system across a voice-enabled broadband network.

hostTALK enables businesses to concentrate on their core operations by reducing the time and resource spent on their telephony requirements.

Technical Overview

The hostTALK solution includes a unique Web Provisioning System which has been designed to maximise the customer experience. It provides the business with tools that enable them to view call logs and billing information along with the ability to add and remove extensions and assign DDI’s.

Features on hostTALK include call forwarding, Auto Attendant, conference calling and music on hold. The solution also allows users to log into another phone anywhere in the company and have their individual profile and DDI follow them.
